Saturn 5, Kennedy Space Centre, Florida

The two-man Lunar Module. The interior pressure vessel of the LM is a cylinder, with extra panels hiding the fuel tanks for the ascent engine. The interior is so small that the crew actually sat on top of the ascent engine. The LM had some bad habits, such as firing its maneuvering jets intermittently whilst under computer control (almost guaranteed to be a failure caused by lack of hysteresis) and the computer bombing out with a "1204" error - meaning "too much data". The first successful moon-landing was done by hand, after the automatic pilot had been switched off, and was literally done by the skin-of-the-teeth flying. The astronauts had about 30 seconds to find a landing spot after aborting the original, which was covered in boulders.
