A fake killer whale boosts her trainer into the air on her nose.
Really, it's not a dolphin pretending to be a killer whale, it's actually a breed of whale called a "Fake Killer Whale". Presumably they got the name by going round pretending to be killer whales on the internet, ordering thousands of dollars of fish in Killer Whale's names, and generally blackening the name of decent, honest, hard-working killer whales by throwing sealions at Nature documentary film-crews. Either that or they don't actually go as far as killing. They give seals a nasty hickey and leave it at that.
