Back, after a rather irritating return journey. The aircraft was filled to the brim with 13-year olds. A better argument for contraception I have yet to see. Fortunately they were well-stapled into the plane, and so we were able to disembark and grab our luggage before the horde descended upon us, and so Her Maj and I managed to leave the terminal with nary a sight of them. We just got to the door of our house when the thunder sounded. Good timing, hard day. Read my emails and was relieved to hear from David, who'd narrowly avoided Thursday's unpleasantness in the capital. In comparison with Bonn's double scanning procedures, Nottingham's antiterrorist procedures looked crap. Sorry Nottingham.
