Following all the recent fuss over that little problem in Hemel Hempstead (Kids, eh?), I would like to comprehensively deny that I have ever worked on any computer system for use in an oil depot.
Given the number of complaints I've had since I admitted an involvement with software developed for power stations and substations, even though they were nothing to do with what I'd developed, I just thought I'd take the opportunity of reassuring you that I've never been in any way whatsoever involved. At all.
Just in case any of the more rabid witch-hunter journalists amongst you happen to be reading.
