No, not weather, but "whether", as in "whether or not there's going to be enough of Florida left to visit".
In two weeks, I am scheduled to fly off to America, for the first decent holiday in two years.
Unfortunately this is scheduled to hit Florida a week before I arrive.
There's two ways of looking at it : either I get stuck in Atlanta, not able to go to Florida, or I get the added bonus of being able to visit most of Cuba - at least the parts that have been washed up on to Florida.
That's if the flight doesn't get cancelled.
