1977. Five pound book-token for my Birthday. What did I go and get? "The Two Ronnies Sketchbook" featuring classics such as "The Complete Rook", "Nine O'Clock Newt" and other roaringly hilarious sketches, that's what. Why? Because he taught me the value of laughing till it is physically painful to laugh any further, that's why.
