My parents live not far away from Shugborough Hall, better known as the family seat of Patrick Anson, Lord Lichfield. Something I didn\'t know, and have never seen, despite numerous visits there, is a mysterious inscription upon \"The Shepherd\'s Monument\" which is supposed to have been put there by the Priory of Sion. Doubtless some of you have heard of the Priory of Sion, through the bestseller \"The DaVinci Code\". (Which I thought was OK, but not great. It was better-written than that Wilbur Smith book about the Egyptian tomb though).
Well, it\'s apparently been cracked.
