As I've said, things have come a long way since the 1970s. (Which were SHIT! Yes they were!)
Technology, for example. In the 1970's, if you had walked round the town yelling into a little box, you'd have been slapped in the funny farm. Now, everyone does it.
In the 1970's, if you stood on your own wearing a second-hand suit and screaming obscenities at people, again, you'd have been locked up. These days, you can make a good living on the comedy circuit by doing the same thing.
