14.04.2005 15:54 - My iPod is Haunted and Speaks To Me Through Songs.
Ok, not an iPod, an Aldi/Medion 20Gb Mp3 Jukebox, but I swear the thing is haunted. I keep it on random play most of the time, and it's shown an uncanny ability to pick songs somehow descriptive of my current mood, and to sequence songs as though it knows something about them....
Yesterday it started blaring out "Film Star" by Suede when I was writing up my experiences at the casting-call, and today it's managed to sequence "Living in Hope" by the Rutles right before "Don't Pass Me By" from the Beatles' "White Album" - the very track that "Living in Hope" parodies.
Spooooooooooooooky!
