Raptus Regaliter

The papers have named my B-i-L as the victim of the shooting.  One local paper has a picture on the front page of him.

This is not good news at all.

You see, my niece - his daughter - doesn't know anything about the shooting.  My sister decided that we shouldn't tell her, because my niece has an irrational fear of hospitals.  (It's a long story).

Unfortunately, the cat is now well and truly out of the bag, and may yet be considerably further out of the bag than we think.
